Esther Carp (1910 - 1970) was active/lived in Poland.  Esther Carp is known for Painting.

Born in Warsaw, Poland in 1910, Esther Carp is from a family of musicians. She studied painting in Vienna and moved to Paris in 1925. She then discovered the Nissim de Camondo collection and admired the paintings of Alfred Sisley and Cézanne. In 1931, the dealer Léopold Zborowski organized an exhibition. Suffering from paranoia attacks, she interned for the first time in 1941 and spent the rest of the war in a psychiatric hospital. She has similar episodes until the end of her life. "The work of Esther Carp can be easily placed in any existing category of the School of Paris. Born in Poland, she lived in France and has assimilated certain techniques of Italian Futurism and the composition of elements derived from French Cubism in its most abstract works, it serves a purpose entirely different by breaking the color similar tasks to those of pointillism , suggesting movement or stereoscopy.
